TESC warrants its tubular motors to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal and proper use for a period of five years starting from the date stamped on the motor. Drapery motors, mechanical, electrical and electronic accessories are warranted for one year from date of invoice.

    This warranty does not cover incorrect operation, improper use, factors beyond the control of TESC (such as fire, earthquake, flood, the original design changed by the user¡Ketc.), and the cost of repairing labor or equipment other than the warranted tubular motor.
